Captain Mate grew up on island Hvar, surrounded by sea and boats since his youngest age. For the last 13 years, he has been working on several busy charter yachts, firstly as a deckhand and then as captain, gaining valuable experience in the Adriatic and broader Mediterranean cruising ground. He is an ambitious person who likes to work in a busy atmosphere, loves challenges and quickly adapts to new situations. Mate is very communicative, easy-going, and has always been a great team player. His positive personality will ensure all guests feel welcome and at ease while on board. His biggest hobbies are football, fishing, diving and dog training. When not on charter, Mate enjoys spending time with his family in nature.

Doris is a young, cheerful and creative chef with over 10 years of experience in yachting, working as a deckhand and a stewardess/cook both on private and charter yachts. Parallelly, she continued developing her skills, finished bartender training, received a skipper boat licence (up to 30 GT), and became a licenced tour guide for Split region. She will be happy to share with you her knowledge of Croatian culture and gastronomy! Extremely hard-working and versatile, Doris is always willing to go above and beyond in creating a memorable charter experience for her guest. She is fluent in English and has some basic knowledge of Spanish.
