About the Yacht

Fedship built this 57-meter beauty in the Netherlands in 1986. Known under many names (Belle France, Cacique A, Calixe, Minderella) AMARA yacht charter has sailed across the seven seas, and was last refitted by her newest owner in 2020. She can travel with up to 10 guests allocated in 5 suites, with 14 crew members on board, providing a very high standard of hospitality, considering the guest-to-crew ratio.

Her steel hull and aluminium superstructure allow her to cruise at 13.5 knots, and reach a maximum speed of 16 knots.

This is a yacht with a history, spanning all the way to 1986, when AMARA yacht charter was first launched as Cacique. Bought by the current owner in 2020, AMARA underwent extensive refits, with work being done on upgrading her helideck capacity, but also her performance and amenities.

Yacht indoor and Outdoor

She was originally designed by Frits De Voogt and Mauro Micheli. Her interior consists of 1 master suite, 2 double cabins, and 2 twins + numerous lounging areas, bars, entertainment centres etc.

When it comes to the interior decor, AMARA yacht charter is cosy and neat, full of soft and pastel colours, that tend to work best with direct daylight, which makes the transitions between the architecture and the furniture softer and more approachable to the eye. When it comes to tactility, the textures and the furnishings of the interior add to the overall impression of a velvety glaze spread across the interior, with soft wool fabrics, texturised leathers, rugged carpets and polished hardwood floors.

Special Yacht Amenities

She was a finalist in the 2017 World Superyachts Best Refit, with her outstanding amenities which included a fully functioning helipad, a sundeck jacuzzi and a full-beam master suite with an office. The exterior decks on AMARA are full of space that can be used in many different ways, most prominently for lounging and sunbathing, or doing yoga at dawn or dusk. Her upper deck offers a chance for enjoying a movie , thanks to the wall-mounted flat-screen TV and multiple comfortable sofas and armchairs.
